How Our Model Works
Sourcing at Origin, Processing Near Source
We source raw materials from certified growers and forest cooperatives located in diverse agro-climatic zones across India — ensuring seasonal relevance and phytochemical potency. Processing is initiated locally through our GMP- and ISO-certified network processors to reduce the burden of transporting bulk, unprocessed plant matter.
Empowering Local Economies
Semi-processing and sorting are done within the harvesting region, helping retain value in the local habitat while allowing us to curate higher-quality output from the best lots.
Central Quality & Final Handling
Sorted and semi-finished material is sent to our central warehouse or is finalized on-site under Naturesactiv’s SOPs for final QC, blending (if needed), packaging, and export preparation. Our internal teams supervise every step.
